I bought clothes for my kids at truworths in town, so when I got home I realized that I took wrong sizes, so since am working at greenstone I took them and tried to return them. 1st the twinpack shirt was wrong sizes it was 2-3 and 3-4 and the sneaker was bigger sizes. So the cashier was willing to exchange the shirt for me but according to him the code that was on sneaker was wrong and I paid 399 for them and he said it was 180, so he called the manager to assist him, the manager just said i must take them back to town cause is gonna caused stock loss for them and I took my packets and left, so as a customer I want to know why they wrote you can return any truworths but when you do the manager refuse to help you. Am now waiting for my off day so that I can return them where I bought them
