Worst customer service! They are so rude when they called me to find out when i will be paying my account i explained that i will pay it the end of the month as it i January and things is tight. (Mind you its only R190) then the lady started to get so rude telling me that everyone have money problems and i need to pay it now. I explained i can’t and then she just dropped the call in my ear. Today someone called again I explained i will pay end of month but i also mentioned that the previous person was rude and guess what he just say ok and drop the call. So what i am thing is there no one making sure that the quality of the calls is good or even that the person on the phone have customer skills!!!!!
