24-48hrs excuses all the time

I have been calling and sending emails to customer service and the legal department for the past 4 days to get a settle ment quote, on a debt that has priscribed by the way as its a 2010 debt, so that it can be cleared from my husbands credit recod.

I was told to wait 24-48 hrs

after 24 hrs I called as i didnt get help. i was told to wait 48 hrs

After 48hrs I still didnt have a quote rather i was told i will get settlement quote before end of business day. I received a settlement quote at 16h11 on wednesday the 23rd after i had been asking for 2 days

At 16h30 i had made a payment and emailed a POP and requested a settlement letter

The next day when I called I was told that they have received my query, my letter has been printed and that I will get a response in 24-48hrs.

So my letter has been printed yet I will get a response at the latest time posible.

The idea is not to respond at the latest time, the 48hrs is clearly made room for such ****py excuses.
