2 weeks to respond to an email

I recently emailed [Email Removed] for an account inquiry about changing from 6month to 12 month. After 2 days i got a response from Wasela whom didnt answer my questions just told me my balance which i WASNT asking for. I was asking a question. I then responded asking the question AGAIN and got no response 2 weeks later i sent another email and got a response that it is now too late to change to 12 months as it need to be done before the 7th December. If these people actually read my email in the first place correctly everything would of been fine. The tone of the email is undermining and isn't professional they come across as rude, PLEASE educate your staff on how to read, respond in the correct etiquette. Why does it take 2 weeks to respond to an email I dont understand.
