I went to context on the 2 December 2021. So I ask someone to check if the person paid my account. So I give the till.operator my identity nunber and was talking to me with and attitude. So I ask if u can speak to a manager. When I go pay my account I always u my identity number but today off all days this was a very bad day they where very rude and I even told the manager **** go to hell. They ao rude they don't know how to talk to customer and don't know to talk to other people also. So when I pay my account I use my identity number but now today off all days therly refuse to assist me in this matter. I want to close my account want set my foot at any truworths retail stores ever again. U guys have to train and educated ur staff how to deal with customer and how to respect other people .guys never ever go sit your food at CONTEXT V&Q WATERFRONT
