100% Customer service

It was shopping ???? as usual, but service wasn't as usual, it was outstanding, superior. I went to the store, being assisted and later assisted by Olga, a very short lady, but her service isn't that short, but perfect ????.

She takes her time, symbolizes professionalism at its best, she explains things very nicely and easy to understand.

To cut it short, ahe walked me to the man's department as i wanted another pair of shoes, and that shows she renders selfless and super service not only to me bt to customers.

She wears a smile in her face from the beginning til the end of interaction. To me she understands that there's no Truworths without customer, she goes extramile. I'll always do my shopping to that store as to me so far is the BEST OF ALL BRANCHES INTERMS OF CUSTOMER-ORIENTATIONS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
