Their online shopping is the worst, i did online shopping with them on the 29 of November 2019, today is the 06 of December 2019, still I haven't received my parcels, I called them and ask them to give me the name of the courier that they use to deliver the goods, which they did, the courier name is RTT, fine i called RTT to track my parcel, they ask for the tracking number, i gave them,only to find out that ( Vathiswa ) the consultant from the online shopping gave the wrong tracking number, the lady from RTT ask me for my order number from Truworths which i gave it to her, when she tracks the order number, she told me that my order was sent to on the 03 of December, and cant even release it because they are still waiting for the release form from truworths.
