Unhappy homeless client because of Trustgro development

This company has the worst customer service ever. If you want to be stressed and frustrated for months allow Trustgro to build your house. Our bond was approved in April 2021 but up until today the house is not ready for occupation, You have to call then numerous times for everything to be done, from the foundation to be done you have to fight. The 1st building order they sent us stated that the house will be completed in September 2022 it didn't happen,they sent us the 2nd building order stating that the house will be completed in November 2022,still they did not fulfill their promise. They then said they are looking to handover the house before they close for December holidays. Now they come and tell us to do alternative arrangements as the house won't be ready for occupation they don't even want to commite to a date which the house will be completed. I have sent them an email in October asking them when will the house be ready as we won't have a place to stay from the 1st of December NO ONE Responded. now we are homeless because of their empty promises and the project manager has been blue ticking us on whatsapp. If you want stress frustration and inconvenience allow Trustgro to build your house
