Unhappy client about Trustgro service from agents and staff working at their offices.
I'm not happy with the developer and it consultants or agents. Their service is just on another demeaning level and they don't even bother to communicate.
I app**** with them around April 2021 for a house whereas when you register they are very consistent with talking to you and giving you updates, however once one is being approved you get left in the dark. They then registered the vacant land in my name around February 2022 and now I have a hanging or outstanding bill with the municipality because of them and they haven't even begun with construction of the house. How do they register vacant land under a client were as they know that they will only start building after a year or so?
I've been to their offices so many times and they are full of promises and no progress or delivery interms of what they always promise when one goes to their offices.
When we approach them about the bill they say that's how they do things. How can one be in errors were as one hasn't even lived there as yet or one hasn't even seen a foundation of the house.

Sorry for not getting back to you as promised. As discussed previously with George, as soon as we are able we will start with the construction of your new home. We will communicate with you again as soon as the start order is ready to be issued. You can speak to George directly if required.

What's also disappointing is that you don't have show houses, even when I asked about you guys having show houses George said show houses don't matter. So this means you just sell false hopes to people,one doesn't have an idea what one is buying.
