POOR SERVICES

I am really not a happy client at the moment. In 2019 December I started the process of applying for home from Trustgro development and it was approved for a home loan with stand number(8777 Lenasia south). I was informed the construction itself will take 12-16 weeks to be completed after registration with Municipality. Property was registered in June 2020 All the paperwork was concluded and after so many follow up with the company about my house I was getting all sort excuses from Agent and Management. After such long wait I got email on 06 September 2021 notify me that the construction will start on 08 September 2021 to be completed 15 December and i was bit happy and said finally.

In my surprises on 21 September 2021 i got email stating that i owe rates and taxes for the past 15 months of Trustgro failing to build the house now they cannot be able to maintain water meter application and Electrical meter application I must go and pay City of Johannesburg the Rates and taxes for the past 15 months with trustgro development was delaying building the house on time. Now I must just pay for cost that was done my someone poor services. Now am being told about COO(certificate of occupation)you cannot occupy the house without.

I just want Trustgro Development to pay all costs of Rates and Taxes for over 15 months now and handover the House in clean slate. I been waiting for a house over 15 months now
