House complain.

I am unhappy client what a poor service I'm getting from Trustgo development I am very sad and frustrated where I am right now. I should have done this review long time ago but I decided to give them a chance come rectify what I saw that is not right still they are failing to do the job.

The worse part of it is the higher bill of rates I found out that I'm owing Municipality R7000 when I asked to the person who was helping me he said the property was registered September 2021 but the house was handed over to me December 2022.

I'm deeply sad about this experience I'm experiencing from this development the internal plastering is rough other side of the wall it's like a holo when you heat the wall.

Other items I complaining with bedroom ceiling, Bathroom door and plumbing and bedroom 3 frame is short.

The worse part of it I escalate the matter to the owner of the company by the name of Rudolph Du Plessis he said to me I'm talking nonsense the house was fine when it was handed over to me, I requested them to send me the proof where it shows that the house was not defective they fail to provide me I started to provide them with the photos where it shows that they didn't do the right thing from the beginning.

I'm worried about this words was uttered to me (you talking nonsense).
