EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE

i am unhappy with the service provided by Trustgro, their services should be canceled with NHBRC as they are playing with people, i should have done this review long time ago but i feel iv given them many chances but i still become even more unhappy, i bought a house March 2020 through Trustgro, it started with them when they couldnt build a house, i had to call every month following up with them, i even told them before construction that the layout of the house wil make me not to have parking or space on the side and the carried on and built the house. after house was done the issue arised that i dont have space on the side and i am not going to sign for the house, they removed the boundary wall and told me i need to put it back, i told them i am not signing the letter of satisfactory until the wall was done. then they did the wall but the is a huge rock which they couldnt remove and referred me to old mutual as they are the land owners, old mutual then referred me back to old mutual, the broke into the house before i moved in, the was another delay, until they claimed with their insurance but before they claimed they told me i needed to claim, i told him i ddnt sign any documents then they claimed,, i am signed and i was told they going to come back and close, i signed in October 2022, till today the wall is not built, they havent come to do retentions as the house has cracks, the cold water is hot water, the is leackage from the taps, i told them the material they used is very cheap because but they told me the material is not an issue,,, when you drill something on the wall, the whole wall cracks inside the house, it is sad to see such a company still exist and i would like to advise people that want to buy a house through this company to look elsewhere, the service is extremely poor
