Utterly poor premium service

Trusc has a horrible and *********** service department. As a premium business account, paying for top while they only deliver half their speed and service. They fail catastrophically to reach their 96% uptime which is closer to 70%. I cannot and will not recommend them as a premium service provider. Rather use satellite which will work out cheaper and be faster.
