*****ulent company

Trust is a *****ulent company, I have called them now 4 times to rectify this situation,

On Monday they sent a sms saying that they are increasing my tariffs with immediate effect without any warning and contract amendment.

They are in breach of contract of a legal document that was signed with me and them, Marissa customer service said you just need to accept it and they are ok with breach of contract as they can do what ever they want,

Unfortunately that is not how a legal contract works, they said they will not fix it and if I do not pay it they will merely cut my internet,

They said that I can not take out their system and will charge cancellation fee, but they are the one's according to their contract defaulting on service

Please ask Leon or Management to call me as I do not accept this poor comment and service from you, and you can not just charge me interest, amend my contract without my concept in a binding contract and cancel my internet because of your default.

I have provided you with email proof 3 times when you are being *****ulent by increasing my tarrifs without authorisation.
