Trusc service and billing is problematic

Hi this company has very bad service they over promise and under deliver . Misleading. I was a take over from another wifi provider. I signed a form saying no installation there was no mention of pro rata then double debit. They over bill you and then their service itself is horrible . The sales person was very nice..technicians too. They took my dish and said nothing as to why the took it I'm being charged double for 1 month of bad service shame on these people honestly I wish they would be honest and the females in the call centre are unprofessional bad tone .this is heart breaking for a company that promised no throttle best service they fail to be clear I cannot bear being ********** no
