Trusc: 5 Stars and deserves every one of them.

Trusc is an Internet Service Provider on the West Coast.

LIving in a country where everyone wants to get rich quickly but no one want to work for it, it is a real pleasure to come across a company that offers good service and decent workmanship.

I booked one of their silver packages and I have nothing but praise for Trusc.

The contact with their sales personal was friendly and informative. Where the sales person didn't know the answer he was honest enough to say, I don't know, I'll have to ask a technician and get back to you. (Which he did.)

The installation team was amazing, great clean work of a quality that has become very rare in South Africa. They listened to the customers wishes, discussed alternatives, and asked if the work was as expected. Conduit channel mitered .. I have not seen that with any of the previous installations on my house.

There hotline/service desk personnel is very clued and efficient. They know what they are talking about and every time I sent an email with a request I had someone call me back within 10 minutes. And it was obvious that I was not speaking to some bored callcenter operative but to someone who knew what he was talking about and understood what I wanted.

The guaranteed bandwidth is being provided. I run speedtest from time to time and I have never been below.

They care about the customers. Phone to see if everything has been done and is in order. The kind of service one used to get and one was used to.
