The staff at Trusc at the best. Whenever we have a problem with a WIFI matter, which is hardly, they contact you immediately. They contact you, yes, they contact you. Sometime back I was annoyed with bad service , I lashed out at the Trusc consulted, which I afterwards felt truly bad about, as the consultant was so patient, so kind and so undestanding. She immediately corrected the situation, and not once got irritated. Wow!!! This is the type of people we need in customer service. I apologised and by no means are encoraging bad behavior, but overall thsi is rare! Well done Trusc,!
