Terrible

Terrible service. They have a monopoly on my area so I needed to install internet to keep working. I chose a bundle that worked perfectly (R599 pm) and some time later they came to install the equipment (Around R3600 non refundable)

After the installation I started working daily and noticed that almost every night the connection was an on-off mess. Now I didn't work every night so it wasn't an issue. Later it started happening so regularly that I had to start buying data on my cellular network just to work. I reported this every time and got an automated message back saying that they'll get back to me in the morning. In the morning they'll ask whether the connection works again. I'll confirm and then that's it. Rinse repeat for several months. Now, after several pay deductions because of me disconnecting during working hours I'm officially cancelling my contract. Let me give you a rundown on what this entire ordeal costed me:

Installation: R3000 Router: R600 Connection: R600 x 5 = R3000 A total of R6600 for a 5mb Down/1.25mb Up line that was about as useful as a can of worms.
