Schocking incapability

I wish I could add photo's of their instalation at my office, they had to redo it twice after the original installation. Schocking. Internet not so bad, but their VOIP phones are a no go. People can't hear us, sometimes noices, scrathing lines, etc. Numerous times reported, but they failed everytime to solve the problem. Still ongoing. Manager in Moorreesburg is useless, not answering calls or emails, and after how many complaints, stil not solved. Then Fiber become available, completed the form, made my selection of speed, received confirmation of lower speed, then correct it and received a log that the installation is ordered. After three weeks, two emails and two unanswered phone calls, I send a message again to just about everyone in their organization, just to receive an email from Leon Botes saying the following, and I copy:

"At this point I am going to make an executive decision that we unfortunately are unable to satify the expectations that you have of us. For that reason I am releasing you from any contractual obligations that you have from our side. I am hereby providing you notice from our side that we will no longer be able to assist you after the 3rd January 2022 which provides you a 30 day notice of cancellation of service as you are unhappy with our current offering.. We will accept any number porting requests that you arrange to be submitted to us, providing that the accounts for service up to the end of December are up to date."
