No service..no communication from service provider

Recently my wifi was turned off with no notification ,no messages emails nothing. When I wats appd with my details I was asked for them again. I emailed no response. When my account payment is a few hours late I get smsd emailed the works..this company can be good but it is not great with rapport or customer service I can't wait for my contrap to expire God willing
