Excellent customer service

Great customer service from LJ DE KOCK (Vredenburg branch) . I had many questions and LJ seemed very knowledgeable, answering all my questions (even unrelated network questions) in a friendly and informative way. My inspection for the installation was done the very next day (a Saturday) after signing up and I am very impressed so far compared to the Telkom and Afrihost service I received previously. I will definitely be recommending Trusc to others based on the customer service, I can't vouch for the actual internet service provided yet but I'm sure based on others opinions it should be much better than my previous Adsl line.
