Deceiving and unreliable connection and support

At the start of signing up with them service was good, speeds were good, I went over due to ADSL becoming unstable and eventually obsolete in my area, at the moment however speeds are terrible for any gaming, streaming, and even sending/receiving pictures or videos via whatsapp/telegram. They insist each time to run a speedtest, yet I am honestly of the opinion that like many ISPs they have priority for speedtest sites, as the speedtest most of the time shows perfect speed (not always ping) yet when you use more realistic alternative tests the real speeds start to show.. using their recommended speedtest.co.za shows normal speeds, yet I cannot even stream or play any online games, high latency constantly. Their support keeps saying they will get back to me, yet they do not. I will not recommend Trusc to anyone.
