Completely unreliable and terrible customer care.

I would not recommend trusc to my worst enemy. They have absolutely no care for their customers. I was informed that the equipment needed for my installation could be on a rent to own basis over 2 years. After paying 4 years, 2 years extra on equipment rental I was informed that I needed to request a contract update and it is not their responsibility. I signed a new contract and paid the updated amount only to get my account suspend and be told that the new contract wasn't processed yet and had to pay the previous amount with rental to continue services. I am completely disgusted in this experience not to mention that the tower continuously breaks and being left without internet for hours on end, most of the month. Unreliable, ************* and terrible customer care.
