For the first few months after I signed up with Trusc I was very happy with their service. When they increased tariffs I did not complain because I understand how difficult it must be to provide good service with the ever increasing load shedding. But then the service just kept getting worse and worse. My connection kept getting slower and less reliable. And when I raised the issue with them they appear to have no interest in addressing it. Despite having limited options in the rural area where I stay, I will definitely find an alternative when my contract expires. Avoid at all costs.
