Truly Good Food - well deserved 5 stars!

See my review of August 15th, 2021 about Truly Good Foods. Wow, was I pleasantly surprised to get a call from Jaco of Truly Good Foods in December 2021!! What a pleasure to speak to someone that have a company's interest at heart and has excellent social skills. He got to know of this review of me only at that stage. He apologised sincerely for the fact that nobody rep**** to my emails. He promised me to look into the matter. Very soon he came back to me and assured me again of their regret to respond to my complains by email. He promised to compensate me and send me my stuff that I ordered to an address in a region where they do deliveries. I was blown away when I received it from my daughter where it was delivered. I received more than what I originally ordered and am so glad that I got it, because I am very impressed with the quality and taste of the products. I can't tell which product impressed me the most, because we enjoyed ALL of it. The wraps and noodles are high on the list of favourites). I bake my own low-carb breads every week and with these products from Truly Good Food that I am buying now regularly, we are sorted and hubby's diabetes is under control. Thank you for excellent follow up and be assured of my respect for Jaco and the company. Well deserved 5 stars.
