Pathetic

I'm appalled by their customer service! I contacted them to ask why my order hadn't shipped and clearly requested a cancellation. Instead, I got a response saying they only ship on Mondays and Wednesdays. I reiterated my cancellation request, and they flat-out refused to respond. After sending multiple emails, I've received no further communication. This is absolutely pathetic support!
