Metal in polony

Every week or so I purchase a 1,8 kg ****y's french polony from a halaal butcher in our area. The manufacturer is Palmo foods. While cutting a piece of the polony for my 2 year old I feld something hard in the middle. I opened it and found a piece of metal in the inside. Now just imagine I did not feel this with my knife and gavi it to my 2 year old. So my question is how are the managing the hygiene of where this is produced. I contacted Palmo foods this morning at start of business day as I'm really unhappy about this and they said someone will contact me back and no one contacted me back yet and this comes to show how little importance this has for them. Please stay away from this brand as you might end up in hospital with serious health problems
