I placed an order with this company in July. Their website indicated an estimated delivery period of approximately 3–5 days, yet the order has still not been satisfactorily resolved and repeated emails have gone unanswered.

The website lists an address at **14 Heuwel Crescent, Bo-Dorp, Rustenburg, 0299, South Africa**. We attended the address in an attempt to verify the business. From our observations, there was no visible indication of a business operating from the premises, the property appeared overgrown, and neighbours we spoke to were unaware of a business operating there.

We also contacted The Courier Guy in an attempt to verify delivery information; however, understandably, they could not disclose private information due to POPIA requirements.

We have payment details relating to an FNB bank account and have raised our concerns through the appropriate channels.

There are other companies selling similar products that provide clearer, verifiable contact details and appear far easier to communicate with.

**Lesson learnt: research a company carefully before purchasing through Facebook or other social-media advertising. Verify the business address, contact information, independent reviews and payment details before transferring money.**

Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend dealing with this company until these issues are properly addressed.

The matter will now be pursued through the appropriate legal and reporting channels.
