Extremely Disappointing Experience – Buyers Should Exercise Caution **Extremely Disappointing Experience – Buyers Should Exercise Caution** I placed an order with this company in July. Their website indicated an estimated delivery period of approximately 3–5 days, yet the order has still not been satisfactorily resolved and repeated emails have gone unanswered. The website lists an address at **14 Heuwel Crescent, Bo-Dorp, Rustenburg, 0299, South Africa**. We attended the address in an attempt to verify the business. From our observations, there was no visible indication of a business operating from the premises, the property appeared overgrown, and neighbours we spoke to were unaware of a business operating there. We also contacted The Courier Guy in an attempt to verify delivery information; however, understandably, they could not disclose private information due to POPIA requirements. We have payment details relating to an FNB bank account and have raised our concerns through the appropriate channels. There are other companies selling similar products that provide clearer, verifiable contact details and appear far easier to communicate with. **Lesson learnt: research a company carefully before purchasing through Facebook or other social-media advertising. Verify the business address, contact information, independent reviews and payment details before transferring money.** Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend dealing with this company until these issues are properly addressed. The matter will now be pursued through the appropriate legal and reporting channels.

****. Pay but no delivery. No communication from TrueLock
****.. i placed my order and nothing. Been 3 weeks send mails and send communication on the so called website and no response. Even try to make contact on FB where i found the advert but nothing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ****

This seems to be a ****. I ordered two of their vehicle steering lock systems off the add and link on Instagram and had to pay immediately. “PAYFAST*TRUE LOCK CAPE TOWN ZA”. This was on 26/07/2026. They have no telephone contact details on their adds and none listed on any other add they publish on other related products. I have sent them two emails on their supposed support email address enquiring where my delivery is. To date I have had no reply email nor a phone call. I feel this is a **** and would like to warn other trustworthy people to not use them.

Stay away from TrueLock
I would go out of my way not to deal with this company again. Absolutely zero feedback once you have paid. Delivery in 8-10 days. My order still only shows as received after more than 2 weeks. Even requested feedback and eventually cancelation of my purchase. Still Zero feedback. Would give negative stars if it was an option.
