Truehost's Support is Unresponsive and Unreliable – Extremely Disappointed!

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Truehost. I submitted a support ticket (#*** - Website Errors after Migration) on Sunday, and despite numerous follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved.

I have called the call center five times, rep**** to the original support ticket multiple times, and sent emails to support, yet I have only received generic responses with no real assistance. I was promised a call back within an hour, but even after two hours, no one called me back. When I called again, I received the same empty promise, and when I requested to speak with a senior person, I was told they don’t take calls.

From what I can see, Truehost did not import the databases for the migrated websites. I even took screenshots to prove this. When I tried to manually fix the issue myself, I encountered error pages, preventing me from resolving it on my own.

I specifically moved away from Afrihost due to poor server performance and was hesitant about Truehost. However, after being assured of better service, I made the switch—only to face even worse support. My clients are furious, and I have no clear resolution from Truehost.

It’s beyond frustrating to see zero urgency or accountability from a company that is supposed to provide reliable hosting. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Truehost to anyone who values proper customer support.
