Truehost Terrible Customer Support

I have a reseller account with 'X' company, and I decided to look for a local South African company to transfer my domains to. However, when I transferred one domain, it was sent to INDIA! When I inquired about it, they asked if I wanted to transfer the domain to a different server—at an additional cost!

Furthermore, the domain contact details, which verify ownership, were completely wrong. I tried to update them via the client dashboard, but it didn’t work. After reaching out to support, they assured me the details would be corrected. A week later, only half of the information was fixed, and now support ignores me every time I raise the issue again.

Initially, I was told there were 'some issues' and that they would contact the company in India to resolve it. This was supposed to be a local South African company! So if you're looking to support local businesses, DO NOT choose Truehost—it’s not local, and their service is terrible. I am currently in the process of moving my domain away from them
