This is a formal notice regarding serious service failures on your part, which require your immediate action.

On Thursday, 24 July 2025, I made the following two payments to your company:

Payment 51006 – R70.00 – For the registration and hosting of www.expose.org.za

Payment 51007 – R70.00 – For the hosting and complete transfer (including content) of www.inquiry.org.za

Despite fulfilling my obligations and paying without hesitation, your team has failed to deliver on the most basic service expectations.

The domain www.inquiry.org.za has still not been transferred or hosted by Truehost, even though Xneelo released it immediately on the same day I confirmed the transfer and paid for the service.

All emails sent from my official domain email address (***) are bouncing back. These are critical communications tied to my work, and this is completely unacceptable. I need this fixed immediately.

I have tried to resolve this through your AI chat assistant, which is completely unhelpful. I also attempted to contact you via telephone, but the quality of your landlines is so poor I cannot understand your staff.

Let me be extremely clear:

I expect the full hosting and content transfer of www.inquiry.org.za to be completed today.

I expect the email services for expose.org.za to be restored immediately, with no further failures or delivery issues.

If you are unable or unwilling to resolve this, refund me in full immediately, so I can engage a provider who is capable of meeting basic professional standards.

No more delays. No more excuses. I expect confirmation by close of business today.
