Service standards

I will highly not recommend this company. I did took a package yesterday, 7 Oct 2025 with this hosting company and ever since then did I experience a nightmare. One problem after the other. It was escalating this to escalating that.

Today, 08 Oct 2025 did I just had enough and canceled services and requested a refund. Up till now they still decide on a refund.

I will seriously not recommend True host.
