Not refunding - not acting in good faith

Signed up for basic hosting at R35 pm. After I checked that this amount included email hosting as well. I was told yes. Signed up and paid. Was then inforned I needed to pay another R90-odd for emails. I cancelled and requested a refund within 2 hours of signing up. Went with another provider. It hss taken a month of back-forward discussions, as proof of screenshots, and still no R35 refund. This is not worth my time, but I will never recomnend Truehost - if they cannot honour R35-transactions, I won't trust them with any bigger financial amounts. Truehost, you clearly need the R35 more than I do, keep it, choke on it.
