I tried signing up for the free trial but was struggling. Decided to try it out anyway but after purchasing, received no receipt or confirmation and the website is very slow and I couldn't use all the features even though I was a paying member. A week later I was charged again??? The refund team are pathetic, sends out generic emails saying they will check it out but never get back to you. Bunch of jokers, stay away. Customer service is non existent.
