DO NOT USE !!!!!!

Wish I could give negative stars!! Do NOT do business with these people. Bought a .co.za domain from them, and couldn't edit my DNS settings. After numerous generic AI responses from there "Help", I was told they can manually enter the revords for me.🤬 Like, ***! Ended up having to buy another domain from another registrar, Domain.co.za, and got my whole system setup in less than 3hours! Put in a refund request from Truehost, and was told that they don't refund after the domain was activated, which happens immediately after purcgase, so in other words, their "refund" policy is a total **** as well. Then they tell me that their DNS section is still under construction😱 I mean, you launch a business, but your site is not fully operational yet? How on earth? They tell me now, after almost a month, that they have a different site where DNS setting can be done, but nowhere on their site was that even mentioned. So if you need a domain that works, do not use Truehost. The worst experience I ever had. Total *****sters!
