bad support service and unfair service suspension

Worst support. I host multiple websites on their Pro plan, and I also host n8n on their VPS monthly plan. I have not used my n8n service yet; it was reserved for new services and not active. I only had testing workflows that did not interact with any humans. Today, all my websites, including customer websites, were suspended for breach of usage and spam. I have not breached any terms or spammed anyone. The support feels robotic, and it has been hours without help.all my services are suspened . im moving to a different host provider.:
