AVOID TRUEHOST

This is a very serious complaint as I had been a sucker and a victim of Truehost South Africa. First I had been sold a Non-Working and totally Useless Bronze Reseller package which technically failed in granting me access to the WHM control panel, leaving me with a totally unusable service. I then requested a cancellation and a refund within 24 hours via the online chat system as the Truehost Ticket System did Not allow me to open or to reply to any tickets. Several days went by and no Cancellation or Refund had being processed. Truehost had been fast in Demanding an upfront payment before activating the defective sh*t that they intended in selling to me, and now that the sh*t had hit the fan, they are slow in cancelling and refunding me for the defective sh*t that they had sold to me. I had being a victim of Truehost Cloud South Africa and I dont expect in getting my money back from them. May this serve as a Warning to the rest of South Africa. Avoid them at all cost.
