After five months of being ignored, **** to, and billed random amounts for a service I never ordered—including a double

FINAL DEMAND — Immediate Refund of R757.88 in Unauthorized Charges — 12 Hour Deadline — Account *** Inbox

Rashid Kajee <***> Oct 20, 2026, 4:07 PM (1 day ago) to support-management, support

To: The Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors, Truehost Cloud Attn: Ricky (Support) cc: ***d; ***d

Dear Sir/Madam, and Ricky,

This is a final, formal demand addressed to Truehost's Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors personally, as well as to every member of staff who has handled this matter. I have given Truehost five months, multiple emails, and ticket #*** — which your own team closed in October without resolving anything and without my consent. That ends today.

1. YOUR OWN REPLY CONFIRMS THE PROBLEM, NOT YOUR INNOCENCE.

Ricky's reply today claims every charge was for a "Monthly Pro Website Builder package... active since May 2026," and that "each payment corresponds to the service provisioned." I have checked that claim against my actual FNB bank statements, line by line. It is false, and your own records will show it the moment anyone looks:

15 May 2026 ........ R118.52 20 May 2026 ........ R74.87 19 Aug 2026 ........ R33.46 20 Aug 2026 ........ R16.75 28 Aug 2026 ........ R164.29 28 Aug 2026 ........ R164.29 (second charge, same day) 21 Sep 2026 ........ R16.77 28 Sep 2026 ........ R168.93 TOTAL ............... R757.88

A "Monthly Pro" subscription charges the SAME FIXED AMOUNT every month. These range from R16.75 to R168.93, appear twice in a single day on at least one occasion, and never repeat the same figure month to month. That is not subscription billing — that is an unexplained, irregular pattern of debits.

2. I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR, REQUESTED, OR CONSENTED TO ANY "OLITT" WEBSITE BUILDER PACKAGE.

I have the complete paper trail of what I actually ordered and paid for: domain registration and basic hosting for https://www.google.com/url?q=http://dendarmotors.co.za&source=gmail&ust=***&sa=E and https://www.google.com/url?q=http://foundersuh2.co.za&source=gmail&ust=***&sa=E (R45 domain + R35 hosting = R80 total, per your own invoice). Nothing in any invoice or order confirmation names an "Olitt" builder or "Monthly Pro Website Builder" package as something I agreed to. Truehost emailed me an unsolicited offer for Olitt — I did not accept it. If Truehost has a signed agreement or any proof I authorized this package, produce it within the deadline below. If you cannot, you have no basis to keep this money.

3. THIS IS NOT A NEW COMPLAINT — IT IS FIVE MONTHS OLD, AND YOU ALREADY KNEW.

On 24 June 2026 I already wrote to you: "I cancelled on the 6th June 2026. Money was supposed to be refunded to me, which I did not receive until now... Why was I charged for a subscription on the 17th June 2026, when the subscription was cancelled on the 6th June 2026?" Instead of resolving that, Truehost continued debiting my account for three more months after my cancellation — straight through August and September 2026, the charges listed above.

4. DEMAND.

I require, within 12 (TWELVE) HOURS of this email: 1. Full refund of R757.88 to the account from which it was taken; 2. Written confirmation that the "Monthly Pro Website Builder"/Olitt subscription is permanently cancelled, with zero further billing; 3. Written confirmation that my account and all related services are closed.

If this is not confirmed in writing within 12 hours, I will, without further notice: - Lodge a formal dispute with FNB for every transaction listed above as unauthorized; - File a complaint with the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud; - Publish this letter in full, unedited, on Hellopeter.com, along with my supporting evidence, so that other prospective Truehost customers can see exactly how this account has been handled; - Pursue this as a ********** debit under South African consumer and banking law.

I have kept every invoice, every statement, and every email exchanged with Truehost on this matter — including the bank statements referenced above — and I am fully prepared to publish and escalate all of it.

I expect this resolved today.
