TrueCode Designer Not Returning Social Media Passwords/Account to Owner.

My client moved his services from true code to my website design and marketing services in 2018. We recently noticed that an Instagram account was created by the previous service provider "TrueCode South Africa".

This Instagram account is linked to my clients Facebook page.

We got in contact with the owner of true code and within an email, he confirmed that he created the Instagram account *(I've quoted the confirmation below but removed my client's name & business name for the time being ).

"Hey "*Client Name", I hope you are well. I have indeed created the Instagram account (*Link to Instagram account) and the email associated is ****. Kind Regards"

We then sent 3 separate emails requesting for the passwords to the account so we could recover the account and remove it because we've created a new account and the old account does not want to unlink to our facebook page, we've tried unlinking the account via facebook, it keeps on linking to the old account for some reason and this prevents us from running our ad campaigns on our Instagram page which we're focusing on at the moment.

WE ASKED THE OWNER 3 TIMES (30 AUG 2019 / 2 SEPT 2019 AND 10 SEPT 2019) AND HE DID NOT REPLY.

WHEN I ASKED HIM TO REMOVE IT FOR US, HE SAID: "I am not deleting my account, why would I do that ?"

It's safe to assume that this is unfair and that he is purposefully avoiding our requests to help remove the account.
