Trying to get personal information deleted off Truecaller is harder than getting open-heart surgery. Sent an email to customer care and they tell me I need to deactivate my account on the app, I download the app and it's asking me to create a profile?! I DO NOT WANT TO CREATE A PROFILE! I want nothing to do with this app, I used it many years ago out of curiosity and I regret it. Why can't they just deactivate the account and remove my information on their end? This is a violation of the POPI Act!
