TRUECALLER USED BY ****MERS TO BE ABLE TO MAKE **** CALLS

If i could give this platform a zero rating I would. Had the Truecaller app on my phone - have recently had experiences where i have received **** phone calls on my phone and when the number comes up they identify as ***** division of a bank and Card Division of another bank. All of the calls were received were **** calls. When we approached Truecaller to notify them that people trusted their app and that they should be doing something to block these numbers off their platform entirely once identified, they have said basically the onus is on us to block the caller. So basically Truecaller is used by ****mers as a tool to be able to continue with their ****ming tools. Have deleted the app and have told all my friends to delete as well.
