Truecaller app. Cautionary advice.

Tis is just a general comment regarding the Truecaller App that I just disable on my Samsung . Yes they do identify some callers ( definitely not all of them ) but people who subscribe to the App can also view your profile. Since I had it, I had numerous calls from very ***** marketing , selling people including ***** attempts on Credit Card, email adress etc. So please be careful and if you don't recognize the number, don't answer. If they are legitimate, they can send you a message or leave a voice note. Goof day to all.
