False advertising Truecaller

Call blocking is NON EXISTENT. I have blocked a Durban number of a ****ming company called amongst other things, paw paw wireless, ***, yet they still get through every time. Now Truecaller offers upgrades however when I tried to upgrade, it's not available in my country! So what is the use of promoting the upgrade if it's not available and why are they offering a service such as blocking that doesn't block the time of day.? Never mind all the unwanted ads!
