Deeply Dissapointed
I have been having problems with my wireless internet connect from True Technologies and reported to them. They came and changed my receiver for which I was billed. This did not sort out my problem and they once again came to investigate and informed me the last technician did not secure the bracket. The internet was much better but once again started giving problems and I noticed that everytime the problem with reception, the receiver pole would vigorously vibrate. I video this and showed to technician. The technician told me that they would come check and would not charge me for the call out. This technician informed me that I must replace the router at a cost but call out is still free of charge. I never replaced the router and internet line is working as per it should. Lo and behold I get a invoice from True Technologies today charging me for the call out. I cannot accept this poor service as I now and then get bad internet line and I check receiver and it vibrates rigorously. Do not promise free call out and then charge
