True Nutra South Africa, I paid in full on 9 August 2026, still no delivery, no meaningful communication, and no customer support. Complaint: I am writing this review to warn other consumers about my experience with True Nutra South Africa. On 9 August 2026, I placed order #1098 for the True Nutra Drainage buy 2 get 1 free promotion and paid R1391.90 in full. Today is 27 August, and I am still waiting for my order. The website tracking is extremely basic, showing only 'Order Paid', 'In Transit', and 'Delivered'. My order has stayed on "In Transit" up until today, with no useful details. I've tried reaching them multiple times. Calls drop, emails go unanswered, and WhatsApp replies are vague. Instead of answers, I get screenshots showing the same 'In Transit' status I can already see. There is no customer support line, no after-sales help, and no office number where anyone answers. This lack of communication is unprofessional and frustrating. I request the courier name, real parcel location, and a realistic delivery date. If they cannot deliver without further delay, I request a full refund.
