Bad TERRIBLE aftersale Sertvice

Bad after sale service. I bouhht openwater goggles for R800. I expect it to work but it is leaking water. Cant even swim 20meters without water leaking in. The owner, Shamus just say to me its impossible. I have sent multiple messages but he ignores them. I called but he just kill my call when I phone. I will never support this company again. Gave him new business too but never again. I want to bring the goggles back and get a refund but he refuses. It is barand new and it does not work. My temu goggle work better than this expensive goggles. It seems his service was only good when I procured a wetsuit when he will get money. Aftersales - TERRIBLE SERVICE
