Unacceptable Service
My child is in 10th grade was in Knowledge Centre. They decided, with a 2 week notice, that they are going to close and we must hurry up and decide, in June, where we are going to send our children. The so called lollipop was that fees will stay the same. Now without any negotiations, they let us know that the fees increased with R520 pm for transport. A one-sided adjustment. On top of this, the centre is run by 3 girls with absolutely no technical background. The impact of that is that my son now needs additional tutors for mathematics, IT and Engineering Design. It seems that the reality of the world is now that I must become mediocre to accept mediocre teaching centre's.
