Worst Booking Site EVER!!

Refuses to repay a refund and impossible to get in contact with anyone. The owner says Tripadvisor must sort it out and Tripadvisor says the owner must sort it out. Lost an entire holiday budget due to this, even though the booking was cancelled within an hour of making the booking, even after asking the owner not to accept the booking in the first place.
