Want to lose money - use Trip Advisor

I made a booking using Trip advisor - loser. I paid my deposit and then the owner declined the booking. Trip advisor did not refund the whole amount . They took 7 % off my deposit - for what , why . I did nothing wrong but try and read the small print on the web page.
